Physician Attended Meetings
Bishop-McCann manages a variety of meetings involving medical professionals including advisory boards, investigator meetings, continuing medical education (CME/ECM) programs, consultant meetings, dinner meetings and congresses. We recognize the unique nature and logistical requirements of these programs through our expertise in “high touch” meeting registration and travel planning services. Our team is knowledgeable and experienced with PhRMA guidelines and compliance relating to interactions with medical professionals.

- Arrangement and contracting all meeting space, food and beverage, audio/visual and hotel accommodations
- Attendee registration processes designed to client’s needs (i.e., phone, fax, dedicated website or email)
- Travel arrangements for registered attendees including air, ground and rail transportation
- On-site meeting management and staffing
- Development and production of meeting materials including agenda, tent cards, name tags, signage, and meeting theme and logos if appropriate

- Payment of attendee expenses and/or honorarium payments following acceptable company and regulatory guidelines
