Example: National Sales Meeting

National Sales MeetingClient’s Objective: Our client needed to bring together 2000 US-based sales and marketing personnel for five days.  Their main objective was to reward the team for a successful previous year and motivate them for a challenging year to come.  They wanted to achieve a fun event that would be personally rewarding for every participant while at the same time allowing for a large amount of important new business including training, business planning and new message roll-out.

Solution: Bishop-McCann identified and contracted with the appropriate hotel to provide a unique environment for the meeting.  We paid careful attention to the size of the audience and implemented pre-planned strategies that reduced down time and allowed participants to maximize their experience.  We executed a multi-faceted program agenda combining general sessions, many break-outs, multiple awards dinners, individual and group leisure activities and interactive evening events.  A dedicated account team provided constant oversight and substantial coverage to plan all aspects of this major meeting.  Our air travel department provided high touch, 24-hour service to manage all travel logistics.  The participants enjoyed a full-featured, meaningful experience together and a post meeting survey indicated that we exceeded expectations and achieved a heightened motivation going into the next year.

Example: Product Launch

Public SpeakingClient’s Objective: With the need to reposition one of their important products in the marketplace, our client’s need was to develop an effective way to re-energize and re-focus their field sales force.  In order to implement this strategic change, the goal was to bring the sales team together, create an exciting atmosphere and provide them with new marketing tools.

Solution: Bishop-McCann collaborated with the Production Team and Training Consultants to develop a dynamic and exciting theme that evolved around the drug’s unique delivery system.  Bishop-McCann managed every detail by providing online registration and data management, air and ground transportation, all aspects of food and beverage, theme matched décor, meeting materials management, on-site staffing and budget reconciliation.  Our staff also developed a series of evening events that highlighted various elements of the core marketing messages.  Feedback from the attendees and our clients on pre-planning and on-site management was extremely positive.

Example: Incentive Award Program

Maui, HawaiiClient’s Objective: Our client’s objective was to provide a highly entertaining, once-in-a-life time reward to its top sales personnel.  With many of the program winners being seasoned sales veterans that had attended previous award events, the challenge was to create a fresh experience.

Solution: Bishop-McCann implemented a concierge service to assist award winners with pre-trip questions, air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, activity options and other special needs.  Our staff developed themed announcements, pre-trip communication documents and welcome packets.  We worked closely with the client to provide new activity and dining experiences.  Our white glove service ensured all attendees enjoyed a most memorable adventure from beginning to end.  We were proud to have been awarded next year’s program before we left Hawaii.

Example: Clinical Investigator Meeting

Monte Carlo, MonacoClient’s Objective: Hold a meeting for 120 important and extremely busy physician investigators and their study coordinators based throughout the US and Europe.  Use a centralized venue and meeting environment that would allow for a significant amount of important work to be completed while allowing for the participants to unwind and re-charge after an intense meeting.

Solution: Bishop-McCann simplified the registration experience for the participants by developing a dedicated website and guiding them with email communications.  We also provided personal, one-on-one support in every aspect of the meeting, leaving no guesswork for the participants.  This included supplementing the electronic registration process with live personnel to ensure efficient and effective registration and logistical planning.  An attractive international location was identified and secured by Bishop-McCann.  The meeting flow, meals and events were meticulously planned to allow for maximum attention to the important work at hand while providing appropriate down-time.  We allocated key personnel to provide on-site support to ensure that a top-knotch, flawless event was achieved.
